Every Little Girl's Dream

Was your childhood dream to be a Princess? This little girl got her wish early. To her mom, she is the little Princess that she deserves to be. So, a Princess got to have a princess cake for her birthday! And I, 'thy humble servant,' am honored to be chosen by the Queen to make this princess cake come true.

PS: Pardon me for getting a little carried away with the theme. After all, you have to immerse your heart and soul into each project yea?

This fondant Princess sits on a sparkly four inch cake adorned with flowers, and even has a 3-tiered birthday cake of her own.

Man'.....or should we say, Princess' best friend and her not-so-charming frog prince.

What is a Princess without her accessories? So, we made some accessories only fit for a Princess.

Now, we all know that any self-respecting Princess has a lady-in-waiting. This lucky Princess has twenty.

Putting all the cupcakes together was a task in itself. There were a total of one hundred large fondant cupcakes and one mini four inch cake to decorate. The whole project was finally completed after 1 whole week of planning and 3 whole days of work. 'Phew'

Do angels even eat cupcakes?

Wedding Cupcakes with Initials

In case you are wondering, we are still alive. Yes! we did have a two week break in June but business is in full swing and it has been all work and no play. Hmmmm........actually, we did have fun designing and making the fondant cupcakes.

Our first back-on-the-job cupcakes were a set of wedding cupcakes. The bride wanted pink buttercream cupcakes. To dress it up, we made a cupcake label with the couple's initials and the flavor of the different cupcakes. She had us delivered it to her church where she served her guests the mini cupcakes as they finished the ceremony.
